Add a Product
To add a product to your Kartiv account:
Navigate to the 'Products' tab in the sidebar.
Click 'Add Product'
Select the product type: Standard or Immersive
Fill out the required information
For Immersive products: Upload the necessary images or models for your product.
Results:
Standard products: You'll be able to use your product after the completion of the process.
Immersive Products: Your product will be reviewed by the Kartiv team. Once approved and ready, you'll be notified and the product will be added to your account. Our turnaround time for this process is typically 24-48 hours.
Remember, adding custom products requires a Basic or Pro plan subscription.
