Add a Product
To add a product to your Kartiv account:
.1Navigate to the 'Products' tab in the sidebar.
.2Click 'Add Product'
.3Select the product type: Standard or Immersive
.4Fill out the required information
.aFor Immersive products: Upload the necessary images or models for your product.
Results:
.1Standard products: You'll be able to use your product after the completion of the process.
.2Immersive Products: Your product will be reviewed by the Kartiv team. Once approved and ready, you'll be notified and the product will be added to your account. Our turnaround time for this process is typically 24-48 hours.
Remember, adding custom products requires a Basic or Pro plan subscription.
