Kartiv's refund policy has been designed considering our early-stage status and to ensure that we can continue providing high-quality service to all our users.


Refund Policy Details

Our key refund policy points are as follows:

    .1If you wish to discontinue your pricing plan, you need to cancel your subscription before it auto-renews. For details on how to cancel your subscription, refer to our guide on  Managing Your Subscription 
    .2The first month of the subscription is non-refundable. This policy helps us continue to provide a high-quality service and maintain our system's stability during our early stages.
    .aFor yearly plans, if you decide to cancel your subscription, we offer a prorated refund. This refund will be calculated based on the number of custom products you've created during your time of active subscription.
    .3In the event that you forget to cancel your subscription and it auto-renews for another billing cycle, we are able to provide a refund for that cycle, given that the request is made within 30 days from the purchase date. However, please note that the first cycle of your subscription is excluded from this provision.
