Kartiv provides an easy and intuitive way for users to manage their active subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription with a few clicks.


How to Manage Your Subscription

Follow these steps to manage your subscription:

    Log into your Kartiv account.
    Click on "Manage Subscription" located at the bottom-corner of the sidebar, or click on your name at the top-left corner and then select "Manage Subscription."
    Clicking on the "Manage Plan" button will direct you to the Customer Portal, which is powered by Stripe.
    In the Customer Portal, you can make the desired changes to your subscription, including downgrading, upgrading, or cancelling your subscription.

Please note that any changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.


Cost Implications

When managing your subscription, please be aware of the cost implications. Upgrading your plan will result in an increase in the monthly subscription fee, while downgrading will decrease it. Cancellation will stop future payments, but keep in mind that we operate on a no-refund policy for the current billing cycle.
